Step 3: Bring Color to Eyes by Applying Mad Love Eyeshadow Palettes 

This eye palette offers "nine bold and playful shades with a mix of mattes and shimmers." It is available in two versions, "Toxic Love" (dark shades) and "Pouts & Pigtails" (light shades). They are priced at $10.99 each.

Step 4: Show Bolder Eye Look With Jumbo Heart Stamp Liner and Jumbo Liner 

When doing the Harley Quinn look, one of the most important details to highlight the most is her eyes with bold and thick eyeliners. 

To achieve this, Lottie London prepared a $7.99 waterproof duo stamp liner with one end giving a heart stamp while the other end is a felt tip liner. 

The Black Kohl Eyeliner Pencil, sold for $8.99, will be helpful to achieve Harley's smokey, smudgy eyes.

Step 5: Attain Popping Lip Color Using Puddin’ PH Color Changing Lip Oil and Quinn Glitter Switch Lipsticks

To obtain lips like the DC Comics character, the $7.99 matte-metallic liquid that transforms into glitter will be perfect, combined with Lotte London's lip oil, which adapts to the natural pH of the lips. 

Step 6: Finish the Fancy Look by Adding More Bling Using Jesters Jewel Highlighter, Face & Body Gems

To stand out even more in the crowd like Harley, the brand offered a diamond veil-like highlighter with a gel-to-powder formula when applied to the face and body. This is retailed for $8.99.
